We are an electronics recycling company.  Most items we received are used surplus and we do not have any personal experience with these items.

Canadian Buyers Welcome
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charge. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Shipping

We ship items out Monday through Friday.

OUR SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME IS 7AM EASTERN.  ANY ITEMS PAID AFTER THIS TIME WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
Your item will be shipped within 1 business day except for emergencies.  We ship using UPS Ground for smaller items. Freight Shipping can be arranged for larger items at the buyer's expense.  All items are insured through UPS.  Please check "MY EBAY" for a tracking number if you do not receive one in your email.  WE DO NOT SHIP WITH THE USPS!

Payment
We accept PayPal. Full payment is expected within 48 hours of auction close.  Please note that after 4 days, an eBay "unpaid" case will automatically be opened by our software.  Please contact us if you would like to make other arrangements.

We expect our buyers to do the proper research before buying.  Due to the volume of our business we will usually not answer questions that can be easily answered by a small amount of research on the buyers part.  If you have a specific questions that cannot be answered by using Google or the manufacturers website, feel free to ask.
