Pope John Paul II of the Roman Catholic Church appears on the reverse of this gold coin. This coins was minted in celebration of the Pope's visit to Poland. The Gold content is .0984 of an ounce. PCGS has certified this coin not only as a proof 69, but a Deep Cameo as well. This is a hard to find coin, much less in PCGS proof 69 deep cameo.
You will also get the original mint box and certificate that the coin was taken out of to be graded, which we have never seen before with coins that have been graded. This makes this coin even more desirable and valuable. Box does have a very narrow split in the vinyl cover on the back side from age.
