A bronze picture frame by Jay Strongwater with a gray/green feathered enamel design in an argyle pattern with Swarovski crystals at the corners. The frame measures approximately 4.5" by 5.5" with the window measuring approximately 3.5" by 4.25". There are a few missing crystals. Paper residue on the backing. There are some chips to the glass which can not be seen from the front. Marked on the back Jay Strongwater.
