Return Policy:

Any shipment missing, damage and shortage must be reported in 3 days after the order is delivered. You have to contact Sports N Hobbies via e-mail for a RMA # (merchandise returning authorization) prior to returning. The buyer will be responsible for the returning shipping cost. We may issue a return label per request. However, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Please note all returned items will be inspected. If the returned item is used, damaged or having missing parts, the restocking fee may be applied up to 30% of sold price. If any manufacture defect is found, the restocking may not be applied. If the sold price includes the shipping cost, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The item must be returned with the RMA in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. The refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the date we receive all the item(s) back. After 14 days from delivery date, please contact the manufacturer for repairing or replacement under their product warranty. Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a refund.
