In general, our Handling Time is 2-3 days (Monday-Friday) although some of our products do have a 1 day handling time. Yeah I know some companies have Same-Day/1 Day handling time. But please keep in mind that we are a Small Family business. There are only 3 of us...myself (1) + hubby (1) + teenager (.5) + toddler (.55)(who's sometimes more helpful than the teenager :P)
We ship via USPS and UPS and provide tracking numbers for all orders.
We do ship to international addresses and have very Competitive International Shipping rates on all orders!
Though we will ship internationally, we are not responsible for any customs, duty or import fees required by your home country. Any additional cost to retrieve your item once it has been shipped will be the buyer's responsibility.
We offer a No hassle, Buyer Paid returns on all orders. You can return the product and get a full refund up to 30 days after you received it. Please return the product in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. I shop online all the time myself and I do believe in karma lol! So I will always be fair because I know sometimes it's a bit nerve-wrecking purchasing online. At the end of day, I want you to be 100% satisfied in the complete process, not just the product. (for example, "The pen case wasn't as red as I thought it would be, but Dawn is amazing! lol!) So even if you have to return the product for any reason, I want you to still be comfortable with me and our business to purchase again :-)
