PAYMENTS, HANDLING & SHIPPING

If you pay by PayPal we will do our best to send your goods the next day, or if it is the weekend - on Monday.  All items shipped chilled from England UK and are traceable and/or insured.

To all International buyers: Please don't be put off by the fact that items are shipped from England. Your order will be traceable and I always use optimal shipping means e.g. Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Hermes.

Reduced shipping cost on multiple items posted together. Please, wait for total from us as overpayment for the postage cannot be refunded.

We also accept other means of payments like bank transfers and international IBAN payments.  Contact us prior to purchasing for advice on best payment options.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please send us the pictures of the damage to allow us to claim compensation from shipping company.  We will gladly replace the item at no additional charge.

REFUNDS & WARRANTEES

Refund policy: regretfully, we are unable to offer a refund once the order is opened.  Products can be stored for 6 months and must be consumed within 2 weeks of opening.  You will be so pleased with the taste that you would never want to return it.  We take feedback very seriously, please remember if you are not happy with our service or products, then please contact us.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING INFORMATION:

The products are shipped chilled and usually delivered within 48 business hours using Royal Mail trackable delivery service.  NOTE: we DO NOT ship orders received on Fridays or days preceding bank holidays due to chilled nature of our products.  If you require Guaranteed Saturday delivery, please contact us on 07956 211 761.  Additional cost would be 8.50 gbp for orders up to two kg of the products.  Charges will vary depending on the wait of your order over two kg. If you require Express Next Day delivery and/or Worldwide, please contact prior to confirm pricing.  We always use traceable quality services (TNT, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail and Hermes) for items with the value exceeding 10 GBP.  International shipping will be charged accordingly.  Collections in person and cash payments are welcome. Please contact me prior to purchasing should you have other shipping preferences.

In the unlikely event that your order is delivered damaged, kindly take pictures of damaged packaging and/or product and forward them to us to allow us to claim compensation from the courier.  We will happily replace damaged item once it is returned to us at no extra charge.  In most cases we will compensate your return shipping cost up to 5.00 GBP.  Never hesitate to contact us should any questions arise.
