Payment: Payment for all orders must be received with-in 3 business days or a non-payment dispute will be opened with eBay.
Shipping: All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Tracking is provided with all orders and can be found on your eBay account dashboard.
COMBINED SHIPPING: To combine multiple products so they are shipped altogether simply add the products you are interested in purchasing to your eBay cart and click the "Request Total From Seller" link and we will combine shipment for all your products. We will provide discounted shipping on combined order/products.
Express Shipping: We do offer Express/Over Night shipping upon request. Please contact us if you require Express/Over Night shipping for your order.
Returns: If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to us within 14 business days. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including any and all packing material. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
The following items are nonreturnable: Any and all Clothing once any of the packaging has been opened. Limited "Official" Goods/Merchandise, once any of the manufacturer’s packaging has been opened. All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped. Special Order merchandise or any items indicating as no returns.
NOTICE: Incorrect, missing and damaged in transit claims must be received within one business days of delivery. Photo documentation is required for all incorrect, missing and damaged in transit claims as we report all claims to the US Postal Inspectors and our insurance company. All investigations will be addressed with your name and mailing address and a police report will be filed should we find it necessary.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: eBay's estimated delivery dates are not accurate for all countries. Priority Mail shipping is highly recommended for time-sensitive orders as Standard First Class Mail Shipping, at times, can take up to five weeks to deliver or longer. We reserve the right to restrict certain products from being shipped outside of the United States at any time. We will notify you should this arise.
