Warranty Policy:

I. In case of any physical damage/missing of product/part of order at the time of delivery, it should be reported within 48 hrs to claim the same
II.. Replacement/returns can not be processed if the product doesn't satisfy any of the following condition
 a. IMEI/ name/ image/ brand logo/ serial number/bar code should match and MRP label should be undetached and clearly   visible. 
 b.  All in-the-box accessories (like starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, usb cable, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. 
 c. The product should be unused and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning the Mobile, the device should be  formatted and Screen Lock  (    PIN, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled/removed. 
 c. iCloud lock must be disabled/removed for Apple devices. 
 d. The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. 
 e. Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
III. Warranty is applicable only for the technical failure of the handset and it is not applicable for any kind of physical/liquid damages.
IV.To claim the warranty service customers need to send the item to our service center at his/her own cost.
