This item was rarely used and the only damage is very minimal and cosmetic (cap scuffing/scratching). The bottom screw mount is SLIGHTLY scuffed. No rust, scrapes, fungus/mold, or corrosion. All threads, rings, and metal parts are still shiny. The black plastic cap was unfortunately separated from the adapter for some time and only reunited with it after it incurred some handling damage, but it is still entirely functional as a cover and the Leitz logo is easily visible.

The box has typical handling from age (surface scuffs and minor but visible edge scratching), but it is still intact.
