The 2012 Small Mug from the Royal Copenhagen series of annual porcelain mugs, each year designed by a different Royal Copenhagen artist. The 2012 design is by Lars Ahlstrand, a well-known Danish abstract artist who has lived alternately in Denmark and India and allows both worlds to have their say in his pictures. His paintings are often sold through the prestigious Danish auction house of Bruun Rasmussen.
Fully marked on the bottom, including the three wavy blue line trademark of Royal Copenhagen. This is the smaller size, approximately 3 inches (7.6 cm) high.
