Here is a vintage EL84 output pentode, made by Mullard in Great Britain. The code on it is not very clear, but it might be: rX2 B3B. The printing is in yellow, and says: Mullard EL84 K BVA D MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN.
It has been carefully tested, and is guaranteed to be to better than 90% of new specification.
There is some blackening of the inside of the glass, but this is quite normal for a used one.
