Speed
is the key. Getting your item to you the fastest
possible way is very important to us. All items over 1 lb are
shipped USPSpriority mail and have an estimated 2 – 4 day
delivery with tracking. Items weighing less than 1 lb are shipped
First Class Mail and have an estimated 2-5 day arrival time with
tracking. We ship out in 1 business day excluding holidays and
weekends.
Returns
Returns of unworn, re-saleable
merchandise are accepted for a refund when received by us within
thirty (30) days of original shipping receipt to you. We usually
only carry one style of an item at a time, so exchanges for an
identical item are typically not available. Ask to make sure, in
case you are interested in an exchange. Merchandise must be
returned in the original shoe box if that is how you received it
from us. Shoe box must be shipped back with an outside carton if
it was sent to you that way. Please do NOT tape up the shoe box to
mail the product back to us, there will be an $8 restocking fee
per shoe box mailed without an outside carton. Merchandise with
manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our
discretion.
Freight must be prepaid, and the
merchandise must be returned in the original packaging materials.
No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a
shipping error on our part.
