World War 2 era Japanese flag. Acquired from auction with a large lot of US Navy personal effects and uniform from the original owner. Appear to have been brought back as souvenirs by this sailor. Unsure what the material is. Size is roughly 27" by 31". The white is not a bright white, it's an off-white, almost yellowish, maybe from age or exposure to sunlight?
Flag does not fluoresce under black light.
