There are some cosmetic issues with this brochures but, there is also some quite cool, fairly rare pages so, we decided to make it available and describe it so you understand exactly what it is you are getting. The front/rear cover is missing. The current front/rear page in real rough condition. As you get further into this brochure, the condition improves to at least average. Listed as 58 pages, you will receive the 56 pages as mentioned.
