Description:
Made between 1982 and 2001, the FM2 is an advanced semi-professional camera. It is all mechanical and will work without a battery. This is the third version of the camera: – it has a 1/250 flash sync speed – an ‘N’ before the serial number – a later aluminium (non-honeycomb) shutter Condition details:
Cosmetic: Heavy wear with loss of black coating in places.
Mechanical: Shutter speeds are all working and accurate.
Electrical: No corrosion to the battery contacts. Meter is working and tested.
Light seals: Light seals are usable. They maybe sticky or slightly crumbling, but they are usable.
Cosmetic Condition: 6
(Well used. Showing signs of heavy use.)
Functional Condition: E
(Everything functioning. Major functions have recently been professionally tested.)

All lenses, even when new, may have particles of dust that are visible that will not affect the image quality. This is certainly true for older used lenses. Our gradings indicate when lens imperfections could affect the image quality.
