They have been in my possession for 15+ years. All of this figures are brand new and sealed. The only damage of note is a crack that runs along the upper right corner of the plastic shell containing Ryo. The right side of Sekhmet's cardboard has come slightly unglued very slightly on the very edge, but it's not something you can see when it's displayed nor something you'll see immediately unless you look for it.
