Claude Laforest started in 2004 as a hobby selling overstock from local bike shops. He always had a passion about high end bicycles. He followed the Tour de France and many other races around the globe with athletes like Greg Lemond, Laurent Fignon, Pedro Delgado, Sean Kelly and more.
After seeing there was a demand for high end bike parts, bicycles and frameset, he decided to create his own bike shop. He had the chance to work in the bike industry for years and created many contacts.

SHIPPING
For shipping, High End Bike Discount use mostly Canada Post and
Purolator. All our shipment come with tracking number and insurance. USA
shipping prices are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US
Protectorates, and APO/FPO shipments are subject to additional charges. Contact
us for a quote. We
will only ship to the verified shipping address on your PayPal account at the
time of payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not
included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the
responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country’s customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
PAYMENT
We only accept PayPal. We will ship the item within 2 business days after receiving your payment.
Make sure to confirm your PayPal shipping
address prior to payment. We only ship to the confirmed address registered to
your PayPal account.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We do not offer combine shipping for bikes
and frames but we can combine any of our accessories or clothing with the purchase
of a bike or a frame for 3$ per items in Canada, 5$ per items for International.
How to take advantage of our combined shipping, first, purchase the bike or frame you want. Then request a combine shipping for all the other items you want, we will be happy to help you with your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
Our priority is your satisfaction !
In the unfortunate event that you want to return an item, please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. A return authorization number (RA#) will be provided by our customer service department and must accompany all returns to help us process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Buyer is also responsible of custom duties and charges if applicable.
All returns for refund will be refunded minus the initial shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee should you change your mind. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

We have great relationships with local bike shops around. These great relationships enable us to bring you exclusive rare and hard to find high-end bike products. We are constantly on the look out to find exotics bikes we would like to own ourselves. If you are passionate about bikes, like we are, you will find a great selection of bikes right here. We keep an eye on the market to make sure our prices are competitive and just.
Can you find me a certain item?
At this time our inventory is limited to what you see in our eBay store. As our company grows we will be able to accommodate most requests for specific items.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have paid for an item and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via eBay’s message system. If we are contacted before the item is shipped, we will refund your purchase in whole including the shipping charges. If we are not contacted in a timely fashion and your item has been shipped you will be responsible for the outgoing and return shipping charges.
Can I change my address?
Under no circumstances will we change a shipping address after a purchase has been made. This policy protects eBay and Paypal buyers and sellers alike. If you need to change your address after purchasing an item, please request to cancel your order and change your address through eBay and Paypal before re-ordering.
