Opening a "Return Request" just complicates things and may prevent me from giving a price adjustment or replacement part
My return policy is decided on a case by case basis, up to 7 days after receipt of item, since this is not a valid option in the preset return choices, I have to choose "No Returns Accepted" even though I will take a return in certain cases.
