This is a Cambodian solid silver T.99 K. SENG embossed lidded box.  It's reverse is stamped T.99 above K. SENG.  Below that appears to be a hand engraved name.  The box is in excellent original condition with a silver weight of 107 grams.  It measures 3 1/8" x 2 1/8" x 1 1/8" (7.9 cm x 5.4 cm x 2.9 cm).  Sure to interest collectors.
