This is a brand new, never opened, Japanese Mini-LP CD (Paper Sleeve Vinyl Replica). This is not a promo, cut-out, rental, library copy or Club issue. As always, this is coming from a smoke-free and pet-free household.

All items I sell are from my personal collections. I sell only ORIGINAL items - NO COPIES, NO BOOTLEGS & NO CD-Rs or DVD-Rs! Bid with confidence! Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I do not accept bids from bidders with a negative feedback rating or who have "private" feedback. If your rating is below 97%, OR you have more than one negative feedback rating/comment within the last 60 days, please contact me for permission before placing a bid. I welcome new bidders with NO negative feedback unlike many sellers on eBay. Failure to abide by these will result in eBay being notified of the infraction and the bid rejected (when possible).

SHIPPING

All items are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight) within the USA and USA Territories unless the buyer chooses USPS Media Mail or other offered service. Please remember that although less expensive, when an alternative shipping option is chosen, it often slows the service from 2 to 4 weeks. Everywhere else is sent via USPS First Class International for the fastest, economical service unless stated otherwise above or other arrangements have been made, and agreed to, between the buyer and seller BEFORE the auction ends; I never send items via Economy or Ground Rate internationally unless stated otherwise in the description or requested by the buyer BEFORE the auction's end.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS, PLEASE MAKE THEM KNOWN PRIOR TO YOUR BID BEING PLACED. PLEASE DON'T MAKE REQUESTS AFTER THE FACT! SOME REQUESTS HAVE RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT SHIPPING COST INCREASES, ESPECIALLY OVERSEAS. UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL COSTS, YOUR ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED VIA FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL.

PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE IN US DOLLARS ONLY! The winner MUST pay through PAYPAL (item will be shipped to the CONFIRMED address when possible). Sorry, NO LOCAL PICK-UP! NO EXCEPTIONS. PAYMENT IS TO BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE AUCTION'S END. The winning bidder is to contact me within 2 DAYS to advise on their payment method and shipping address. This can reduce the risk of problems upon the payment expiration. Failure to pay will result in a non-compliant buyer report being filed with eBay.

RETURN POLICY

Because of a problem with a totally dishonest buyer, I have had to amend my return policy. I continue to accept "most" returns within 14 days of the buyer''s receipt.  I accept all reasonable returns, especially when the item is not as described or is different from what is listed.  If the problem stems from the buyer's failure to read or understand the item's description, a refund will be at my discretion; this is particularly true when the buyer fails to even contact me directly about the problem. PLEASE contact me DIRECTLY and IMMEDIATELY when there is a problem, so it can be resolved ASAP. Buyer is to pay for return postage unless the listing error was my fault, in which case I will reimburse any shipping costs to the buyer.

FEEDBACK POLICY

DUE TO SEVERAL BUYERS NOT LEAVING FEEDBACK, I WILL NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK BEFORE IT IS LEFT FOR ME. This is a time consuming process and is a waste of my time when so many don't take their time to leave feedback. I will always leave feedback for those who leave it for me. There are also many buyers who use feedback as their first tool to solve a problem instead of first contacting the seller. If you are not happy, I'm not happy. If I've made a mistake, I can assure you that it was not intentional and I want to do all I can to make it right. I always want to do what I can to solve a problem or concern. BUT PLEASE, CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PLACING A BID! There is nothing I can do unless the problem stems from the description's inaccuracy or it was incomplete. Please don't contact me after placing a bid and tell me you did not intend to place the bid because you failed to read and/or understand the description after the auction has come to an end.
