A2 Satin Photo Inkjet Paper 270gsm 50 sheets

A 270 gram high white instant dry�Satin photo paper with a special high quality ink receiver layer and double sided polyethylene coating giving excellent photo realistic prints. Ideal for digital photographic and proofing applications.
This is a universal media and will work with virtually all inkjet printers.

All our items are delivered FREE of charge and are dispatched the same working day within standard business hours 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Friday.

All our paper rolls, large inks, cutters and printers are delivered via our 24 hour courier - DPD. Our smaller items are delivered via Royal Mail’s 48 hour service - it is possible to upgrade this for a small surcharge to a guaranteed next day delivery.

1 year warranty offered on all goods, except cutters which have a 5 year return to base warranty.

Faulty or damaged items

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded by Cora Wholesale upon their return. The buyer has 14 days to return the item, and we will pay the cost of returning any faulty or damaged item, and refund the initial delivery charge.

Unwanted items

Unwanted items will be taken back in to stock as long as they are still in their original saleable condition and have not been opened, tampered with or changed in any way. The buyer will need to pay the cost of returning any unwanted item, and is liable for the state of that item until its receipt. Any unwanted item must be received by Cora Wholesale within 14 days of delivery to the buyer.

All refund and postage payments will be made to the customer's original payment card or PayPal account within 14 days of the returned good/s being received.

1. Contract

Cora Wholesale Ltd. ("The Company") agrees to supply goods ("The Goods) to the customer making a transaction through The Company's store on ebay.co.uk or via The Company's phone number ("The Customer") subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Delivery/Installation

Any delivery / installation date offered by the company whether orally or in writing is an estimate only and in no circumstances shall the company be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from failure to observe any such delivery / installation date. Additional delivery charges, other than those stated, may apply to goods bound for The Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

3. Force Majeure and Frustration

Whilst the company will use all reasonable endeavours to fulfil its contractual obligations hereunder, it shall not be liable for any delay brought by events which are beyond the control (for any reason) of the company.

4. Risk

The goods shall from the time of delivery by the company, its supplier or sub-contractors to the customer be at the sole risk of the customer.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer shall make payment in full for the goods via PayPal or cheque made payable to: Cora Wholesale Ltd and delivered to Unit 4D, Sutton Mill, Gunco Lane, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7JL.

If payment is not made when due the company may, without prejudice to its other rights, charge interest at an annual rate of 2% above the current base rate of Lloyds TSB bank PLC to be calculated on a day to day basis on the balance outstanding until payment is made in full.

The customer shall not purport to set off or withhold any payments claimed or due to the company under this or any other contract.

6. Title and Lien

The company shall retain title to and ownership of the Goods until it has received payment in full of all sums due for all goods supplied to the customer.

If the Customer fails to make any payment to the company when due, compounds with its creditors, executes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors, has a bankruptcy order made against it or, being a company, enters into a voluntary or compulsory liquidation or has an administrator or administrative receiver or receiver appointed over all or part of its assets or takes or suffers any similar action in consequence of debt or becomes insolvent or if the Company has reasonable cause to believe that any of these events is likely to occur, the company shall have the right, without prejudice to any other remedie:

- To enter without prior notice any premises where goods owned by it may be, and to repossess and dispose of any goods owned by it so to discharge any sums owed to it by the Customer under this or any other contract;

- To require the customer not to resell or part with possession of any goods owned by the Company until the Customer has paid in full all sums owed by it to the Company under this or any other contract.

- To withhold delivery of any undelivered Goods and to stop any Goods in transit.

- To seek full repayment of the debt and any additional costs incurred in so doing, including but not limited to debt collection agency fees, administration costs and litigation costs.

7. Data

The Company takes data protection and data privacy very seriously. The Customer provides consent by the provision of their mobile phone number and address for this information to be used in the fulfilment of their order. This may include but is not limited to the validation of details and the use by third party couriers to update the Customer with delivery and tracking information on our behalf. We will never pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. If you have any questions about data protection and privacy please contact us directly.

8. Warranty

The Company warrants that the goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship on delivery and the Company will at its option refund the purchase price or repair or replace free of charge any Goods which its examination confirms are defective provided:

- The Customer makes a full inspection of the goods immediately upon delivery.
- The Customer notifies the Company forthwith of any defects which it discovers.
- The Customer has used the Goods in accordance with any instructions or recommendations of the Company.
- The Goods have not been adjusted, altered or repaired by any party other than the Company.
- The Goods are made available to the Company for inspection or returned to the Company at the Customers own expense as the Company may request.
- The Customer has not used the Goods.

In no circumstances shall the Company's liability to the Customer for any breach of warranty exceed the price paid for the Goods with respect to which the claim is made.

Except as provided for in these conditions, there are no warranties, express or implied, of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, or of any other kind except as to title. In particular, all conditions and warranties which would otherwise be implied by statute or under the common law are hereby excluded.

9. Liability

The Company shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or third party claims howsoever arising either from breach or non-performance of any of its obligations under the Contract or from the supply of or intended use of the Goods, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such potential loss, except that the Company shall be liable for loss arising from death or personal injury resulting from the proven negligence of the Company.

In purchasing from The Company you acknowledge all the above terms, for this purchase and all future purchases.
