This has been my all time favorite release.  I never found one I liked better, but my shooting days are behind me, so here it goes.  I added the 3rd finger by tapping threads on the hole used to access the anvil adjustment.  One can remove it easily to re-adjust the release, and either put it back on or take it off permanently if you don't want it.
