Postage & Delivery
All orders are processed between 9 AM – 2 PM Monday to Friday AEST, all orders placed until 2 PM will be processed same day and sent to Australia Post the same day.

Please check to make sure your postal address is correct. Our postal system is automatically linked with eBay/PayPal's addresses, therefore we will send to the address specified. Please message us ASAP if your address is incorrect. If your item has already been marked as posted/sent, we cannot amend your order or address. We will not be responsible for your parcel if the address is incorrect. If your parcel is sent back to us, you as the buyer is responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel back to you.

All of our items require signature upon delivery. Items cannot be safe-dropped. Once shipped, a tracking number will be added to your item on Ebay.


Loss/Delay Caused By Australia Post
We are not responsible for any loss or delays caused by Australia Post. Australia Post do not guarantee the delivery date of your package. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipment destination and local customs laws. As a general guideline, please allow 3 to 10 business days for regular post and 2 – 5 for express post.


Express Post
Please be sure your location is covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Network before paying for this service as this is non-refundable. The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.

*Any dates for delivery are a guide only and are calculated on the basis that parcels and letters will be lodged on the send date by the relevant close off time at the Australia Post retail outlet or street posting box. Any dates for delivery do not take into account public holidays and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia Post. Surface Mail delivery estimates are not included. Combined Postage/Purchases (If Applicable)
Combined postage/purchase is available. To receive combined postage/purchase, please follow these two steps:
 
1. "Buy It Now" all the items you'd like to purchase
 
 
2.  Before paying for your items there is a link on the payment page with "Request Total". Click on the link and follow the steps. I will then send you a new invoice with the combined postage/purchase.
 
 
Payments
The item will only be posted once your payment is cleared. Payments need to be made within 7 days since the purchase date. If you pay by Echeque and it is cancelled because you don't have sufficient funds in your bank account, we'll notify you but the item will be relisted immediately. 
 
 
Refunds & Exchanges
All of our items are thoroughly checked before being shipped out and very well-packaged. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any reasons under any circumstances. If there is any issues, please do contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s). These 7 days are continuous, i.e including weekend days. All issues communicated after these 7-day window are invalid.


Extra Cover Charge – Is an insurance option that will cover your items if lost or damaged. If you don’t take this cover, we won’t be able to replace any packages/items that might get damaged or lost. Currently Ebay doesn’t have this Extra Cover available, so to have the extra cover for your item, you’ll need to message us and pay via Paypal, once received payment, we’ll add this option to your item when processing your order. Extra Cover Charge is 1% of the item total price.


Product Images & Description
All of our product images and description are provided by the suppliers. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display/settings and/or browser settings of any color will be accurate. Please be sure of the item/shade you want before purchasing, if you are unsure, please check the brand’s page, Google and social media to have a better understanding of the item.

You cannot claim that an item is not as described as we have clearly stated above that you need to check different sources to be sure before purchasing the item(s).
 

Suspicious Behaviours & Scams
Suspicious behaviours & scammers will be reported and permanently blocked. Scammers’ details will also be recorded for our further legal actions later on. We reserve the right to refuse selling items to customers who we think involve in suspicious activities.
