- We
are required to charge sales tax in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Michigan,
California, North Carolina, and Washington. Tax will be figured at
checkout.
Warranty
& Return Policy
- MSD,
LLC warrants MSD products to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and if properly installed for a period of
one year from date of purchase. If found to be defective as mentioned
above, it will be replaced or repaired if returned prepaid along with
proof of date of purchase. This shall constitute the sole remedy of the
purchaser and the sole liability of MSD, LLC to the extent permitted by
law, the foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or
representations whether expressed or implied, including any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall MSD, LLC be
liable for special or consequential damages.
- In
the unlikely event you have a problem with your Factory Reconditioned
product, please call MSD's tech line at (915) 855-7123, Should
a tech service associate determine that it is necessary to
return the item for repair or replacement, you will be given
instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA).
- Buyer
is responsible for return shipping; however, MSD will cover shipping
the repaired or replaced item back to the buyer.
- Expedited
freight may be available upon request and at buyer’s expense.
- This
Factory Reconditioned Warranty supersedes any new product warranty that
may be included in your kit.

- We
ship all US orders via UPS Ground
- A
signature is required on all UPS orders over $750
- Tracking
information will be sent via email after your package ships (you must
supply a valid email address during checkout)
- We
ship within 1 business day upon receipt of payment
- We
do not ship to APO/FPO or US Post Office Box addresses
- We
ship internationally through eBays global shipping
program (GSP)
- We
cannot ship as a "GIFT" or ship anything internationally with changes
to the invoice
