STICKER APPLICATION TIPS

TOP – Transfer tape keeps everything spaced properly while applying the sticker.

MIDDLE – Your sticker.

BOTTOM – The release liner protects the glue on the sticker until it is ready to be applied.

1) Make sure the surface you are applying the sticker to is clean.  Soap and water work well but, rubbing alcohol is ideal and removes any oils (this is important on brand new plastic body work).  If it is extremely cold, using a hairdryer to warm the surface first can improve adhesion.

2) Before peeling the release liner off, firmly press the transfer tape onto the sticker.

3) SLOWLY peel the release liner off the back of the sticker while making sure the sticker stays attached to the transfer tape.  If any part of the sticker clings to the release liner, press the transfer tape back on and try again.

4) Start at one end and rub the sticker down as you work across.

5) SLOWLY peel the transfer tape off while making sure the sticker stays stuck to your surface.  Press the sticker back down if needed.

6) Stand back and admire your handy work!  If there should be any bubbles, you can prick them with a needle and squeeze out the air.
