This classy and seldom seen vintage 1960's Rotary two register divers chronograph is a truly beautiful watch.  The matte reverse panda "SWISS" signed dial with snow white subdials is in near mint condition.  The original lume on the dial and hands, which remains fully intact and emits a quick-burst glow after being exposed to bright light, has aged to a matching golden buttermilk hue.  The black bezel, which smoothly rotates bidirectionally, looks great.  The heavy duty all stainless steel case is impressively built and remains in wonderful condition, showing light wear and free of any visibly significant dents or dings.  The outer edge of the case back is engraved "TESTED TO 20 ATM.  SWISS MADE  INCABLOC  STAINLESS STEEL  624001  WATERRESISTANT" with a diver engraved in the center.  The crystal shows scratching.

The 17 jewels Landeron 149 manual wind movement is in pristine condition, keeps near perfect time and all chronograph functions work as they should.
The pushers catch and release nicely, with no feeling of gumminess.  The top pusher starts and stops the sweep seconds hand and the bottom pusher resets the sweep seconds and minute subdial (right subdial) back to 0Please note that the sweep seconds hand resets back to approximately 12:01 rather than 12.  Additionally, while the movement keeps near perfect time, when the watch is lying crown and non-crown side up/down at approximately 90 degrees the movement tends to stop.  Once the watch is moved to a more flat surface and after a gentle shake the movement fires back up.  On the wrist the movement runs strong.  Another minor issue is the screwdown crown, which can be a bit finicky.  When the crown is unscrewed and pulled out to the last position I've noticed that in order for the time to be set gentle outward pressure needs to be applied to the crown to move the hands.  And in order to wind the crown, after setting the time, I've found it necessary at times to push the crown in, wind it counterclockwise and then gently pull it back out to the first position in order to engage the winding mechanism.  It takes a bit of patience and some trial and error to get the feel down.  But when you do it works fine.  These issues can be easily and quickly addressed by a skilled watchmaker.  After recently winding the sharply threaded crown 25 full revolutions the movement had an impressive power reserve of approximately 37 hours.  When the winding mechanism is engaged the crown winds beautifully.  Although this watch currently keeps near perfect time and all chronograph functions work as they should, given the issues mentioned above and considering that this watch is more than 40 years old with an unknown service history (the two watchmaker service markings on the inside of the case back suggest that the last service was several decades ago), a complete overhaul is recommended.

This watch measures approximately 42 mm excluding the crown, approximately 45.5 mm including the crown and approximately 20.5 mm between the lugs.  Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel, is approximately 11.5 mm.  Including the crystal case thickness measures approximately 14 mm.  This watch comes on a "N S A  SWISS MADE  STEEL  INOX  Pat. 434845" stamped all stainless steel bracelet.  I have an approximate 6.5 inch wrist and there is currently about an inch of slack which requires resizing.
More pictures of the watch and bracelet can be provided upon request.

Although this watch is keeping good time and all chronograph functions work as they should, given its vintage nature and considering the issues mentioned above and that it likely hasn't been serviced in decades, there are no warranties, express or implied, attached with the sale of this watch.  Vintage means old and while my personal belief is that old-school means better quality and workmanship, things can and do go wrong from time to time.  A full overhaul is recommended to keep this watch running strong.  Any servicing costs going forward are your responsibility.
