On offer here is superb original 60's vintage tapestry panel by Margot of Paris that was beautifully hand finished to such a high standard by a quality seamstress of the period out of a 100% wool thread that has been carefully woven onto a cotton canvas backing fabric, that is just ideal for cushion making, framing or other retro home textile projects.

The panel has spent all it's life in a frame under glass, so it is in a really superb condition for it's age & has that "traditional" country themed design, that was so typical of this 1960's period & has the makers style reference of Le champ de ble (the cornfield) d'apres J Constable 2412.

The completed tapestry part of the panel measures 25.5" or 65cm high x 20" or 51cm wide & has all of the original mesh boarder to the outer edge of the cloth.

The item is in a superb condition for it's age, as mentioned above, that has no marks or storage damage, after being safely fixed behind a glass faced frame for the past 50+ years or more, looking just as good as the day that it was made, that is totally ready for you to use or upcycle upon receipt.

These rare household textiles items are becoming so difficult to find now in any decent of condition, especially at the very realistic asking price of £19.99, with free UK postage too, given the number of hours & skill that it took to complete it!
