  • We only accept payments from Verified Paypal accounts
  • We do not allow customers to pick up from our warehouse
Shipping times for Domestic packages:
  • 1-5 days via FEDEX Home Delivery/ Ground
  • 1-2 days via FEDEX Express 2nd Day
  • 1 day via FEDEX Express Overnight
  • 1-8 days via USPS First Class Mail
Shipping times for International packages:
  • 1-5 days via FEDEX International Priority
  • 3-5 days via FEDEX International Economy for popular destinations.
  • We do not use USPS for international shipments. We do combine ship. If you want other items, please let us know and we will let you know the additional shipping cost.
Returns
  • ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON OPENED GAMES / SOFTWARE / DIGITAL ITEMS
  • PLEASE FACTORY RESET YOUR ITEMS BEFORE RETURN.
    • We we will not offer a refund if you register the item with the manufacturer and/or lock the item so that it cannot be used again.
    • You will only be refunded if the item can be fully factory reset.
    • If you have registered the product with the manufacturer then it is your responsibility to get the item serviced and repaired.
  • 15%+ Restocking fee may apply on returned items.
  • The returned item must be unopened for a full refund. If any retail box, accessories, or components are missing, you will be charged a restocking fee higher than 15%.
  • If free shipping was offered, we will deduct the shipping cost from the total amount. Also, the original shipping cost is non refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  • * International buyers: Please do not refuse packages. Import duties/taxes/fees are the buyers' responsibility.
  • If you refuse our shipments, you will be charged for the return shipping cost, as well.
  • In that case, you will be charged all shipping costs and return shipping costs, and all the fees that were incurred by the customs office for clearing/handling of the item.
  • Please contact your country's customs office in order to find out import duties/taxes/fees.
  • When returning an item, please use a shipping method with a tracking number and provide the tracking number to us.
  • If the item is returned because it is defective, we will check the device first. If the device is found to be defective, we will not charge a restocking fee and we can send a replacement (if available) or refund your payment.
  • If the device is not defective and you would like a refund, the restocking fee for opened items will apply.
  • If you choose to receive a replacement and the returned device was found to be not defective, we will send the same device back to you. If it is found to be defective, we will send you a replacement (if available).
Terms
  • As a buyer from our store you agree to have read all of our policies concerning payment, shipping, returns and refunds.
  • We only ship to confirmed addresses.
  • Warranty and tech support are supported by manufacturers.
  • * International buyers: Please do not refuse packages. Import taxes/fees are buyers' responsibility. If you refuse our shipments, you will be charged for return shipping cost as well.

  • For international customers, please be aware that an order of multiple quantities of the same item may result in customs holding your shipment, i.e. Eastern Europe, Asia (China, South Korea, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
