Return & Refund Policy:
1. Our Goal is honesty and customer satisfaction, with that said sometimes you want to return something and we are ok with that. You have 30 Days to decide
2. Unless the item is clearly not as described, or damaged where it is not usable the return refund amount will not include original shipping cost. (I do my best to list and/or show as many blemishes as possible but selling used items it is hard to cover every blemish in every posting but I will never leave out something that is a major issue). If you have a questions about an item please ask before buying!
3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
4. There is a 10% restocking fee (this is the lowest amount ebay offers) for all returns. Under certain circumstances they may be waived on a case by case basis. Restocking fee is not negotiable on frames, complete bikes, and wheelsets.
