For sale is a pair of ADS L400 speakers in real walnut veneer. Wonderful sound, very good vintage condition. The L400s were my first pair of real speakers and started me on my obsession with all things vintage and audio. I read the Ken Rockwell review of these speakers and was convinced I needed a pair. I've since added numerous models of the ADS family to my collection, and all of them are beautiful in looks and sound.

I cleaned this pair with Howard's Restore-a-Finish and repainted the grills in a semi-gloss black. The drivers are in excellent condition; the woofers have rubber surrounds and won't deteriorate like foam surrounds. Minor cosmetic blemishes on the cabinets and the grills consistent with age.

Will be packed carefully and shipped quickly. Local pick up in Chicago is an option, too.
