Up for auction is a beautiful old 19th Century German Parian China Head doll. The doll measures 24 inches in length and the porcelain head measures 6.0 inches in length and the breast plate has two holes. The porcelain head in in good condition. The hallmark on the back of the breast plate reads "Germany." There is some slight loss of paint to the hair. The arms and legs appear to be composition. The arms have discoloration (see photo). She has her original clothes. The body is quite worn with one leg severed at the knee. The silk dress is worn with several tears and the lace is discolored. The white undergarments have some age discoloration and a few holes throughout. I will be listing several old antique dolls over the next few weeks so please check back on my auctions from time to time.
