This is a Vivitar Macro Focusing 2X Teleconverter Pentax PK camera and lens mount. It will make 1 to 1 images with a 50mm lens and/or increase the focal length to 100mm. It can be used with all prime lenses with similar results. The auto stop down lever moves freely. The tele-converter looks unused. The case is good.
