• This sale if for hardware, as a courtesy we have pre-configured an image with freeware software at no cost or charge to you.  Freeware is software that is maintained by a community of developers and is not warrantied.  As a result changes in the freeware can cause crashes or unexpected loss.  We highly recommend that you always back up your image after loading files or configuring your media player.  This way you can restore without any problems.  To assist in this we have done a few things: stored the initial configuration image online so that you can always find it, placed a series of videos online to help you setup, provided you with a micro sd card reader so that you can make the necessary backups, and included a ticket support center online to help navigate you to the right resources for you to manage your system.
