A lovely sentimental oil painting of an arrangement of pink roses lying across the canvas. Full bloom lush flowers are surrounded by partial opened roses and a few very pretty buds enhance the bouquet.  The leaves are beautifully detailed with superb shadings and even the loveliness of the stems and thorns is finely depicted.  A rose bouquet which never fades.

  CONDITION:  There are four tiny repaired holes on the canvas which are not visible on the front of the painting.  There is some surface dirt.

  PROVENANCE:  It came from an auction in Stonington, CT.  There is no background information available.
