Unit has some dust and shows a little wear. It's been collecting dust for the past 5 years or so; cleaned up nicely very faint light scratches here and there, hardly noticeable. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 perfect, this unit would rate 9/10.

Never had any issues with this unit. Comes with the original instructions manual which has never been opened.

Currently looking for the original controller; I can't find it at the moment. I will include it if I should find it, for the sake of this auction as of 5/26/2017 at 7:14pm p.s.t I am not including the controller with this auction.

Just to be very specific: I do not longer have the original PS3 composite video cable connector; I believe I sold it (on Ebay long ago) to upgrade to the Monster Cable version which cost me around $90 if I remember. I will include that beefier one; it's shown in the last photo. (i.e. connect video using CR,CB,Y component RCA cables)

Recap! You will receive the hardly used working console which is backwards compatible (play PS and PS2 games), the original instructions (never opened), the power cord, the upgraded Monster Cable, one original controller and non oem black USB cord to micro-B (used to connect from controller to console for charging the controller).

Everything is tested to be working; the controller doesn't seem to hold a full charge anymore (i.e. I cannot seem to charge the controller beyond 1 flashing red bar / 4 flashing red bars) but it does work!

Hint! The only thing you may need to buy is a HDMI cable as it does not come with one; if you want to connect to an HDMI TV for the best picture.

Guaranteed not DOA, and the console is being sold as-is. This equipment is ten years old now and preserved in really good shape.

This unit has had ultra low amount of usage; I would say I tried playing a couple of trial games I downloaded from Sony and watched no more than 30-40 Blu-ray movies on this console. I bought mostly for the Blu-ray feature.
