This item is brand new! The cardboard boxes on Pop's are quite weak, so on occasion there may be minor bends and corner knocks to the box. These are exactly as we have received them from Funko and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for minor outer box damage, as the item itself is not damaged. We are also not responsible for how these mass produced hand finished items are painted and as these have passed Funko's quality control, we are unable to accept returns for paintwork imperfections.
