REFUND POLICY
***LOST OF THE MAIL***

If you do not receive the item(s) after 20 days from the day of shipping,
please inform me and I will send a request to the post office to have the package tracked.
 The post office will then reply to me within 2 months.
If the package cannot be found after 2 months,
I will refund the item's bid amount (NOT including the postal fees).
 This is only for item(s) which were paid by registered mail or Speed post.

of course, hate to see negative or neutral feedback from my customers.

We ship out the items from Hong Kong 5days a week... 
(IF USA & Canada) you will receive within 10-20days  after your payment made .
(IF Euro )you will receive within 12-20 days after your payment made .
*** ( 3-5days delivery to US , via Hong Kong EMS speed post ) cost will be higher .
