It's the classic highly desirable Eureka! USA brand.  Very well preserved specimen.  This is the spacious Chateau model size of 12' X 9'.

All the poles are in excellent condition.  A few red plastic caps are missing.  The tent has some dirt at the bottom as you can see.  The canvas is very nice no rips, tears, zippers work beautifully.  They are heavy duty for the times.  The floor is super nice.  The ceiling has no holes just a few stains.

Comes with original main and pole canvas bag.  Stakes are new but heavy duty.
