Vintage Art Deco Blue Frosted Bullet Skyscraper Torpedo Glass Table Boudoir Lamp.
Very cool lamp! Shows signs of wear---Scratches and some minor imperfections on the shade.
I did not attempt to clean the lamp, so a good cleaning would be recommended.

Lamp is in good working condition. Cord looks old, but does not appear to be worn.
The shade measures 9 x 2. The base measures 4". (Light bulb not included)
