Up for sale is a Harman Kardon HK3490 stereo receiver. Includes remote but no other accessories. It is in good condition with some light scratches. Unit is also missing bottom support brackets that the unit sits on.

The receiver is great for a second audio setup, and can even be used in the living room as the base for a 2.1 setup with a subwoofer added. The digital coax input allows for connections from CD or SACD players with digital outputs, so that the receiver's DAC will do the processing. The optical input allows it to receive digital output from any modern TV, though please note it is a STEREO receiver and not a surround sound receiver. The receiver does have two virtual surround modes (Dolby Reference and Dolby Wide) as well as Dolby Headphone virtual surround. The headphone amp in this receiver is especially nice - I have it paired here with Grado headphones and it has never had a problem driving them.
