New, Used, Vintage
A lot of my items are used and or vintage, they will not be in new perfect
factory condition.
Some Items may have been stored for quite a while so may have a musty smell, so
will need airing please take this into account when bidding I will state this
in the listing.
A used item can Never look new! But it can still be in fantastic condition
I will always state if it is ‘New or Used’, I put a lot of time and effort into
each listing and show as much detail as possible
Please remember I am only human I sometimes make mistakes

Colour & Image Accuracy
Colours can vary from monitor and cameras and if they are taken in the day or
night, colour is also very subjective, I try very hard to describe colour as
accurately as possible (Along with all other details), and usually take images
in natural light unless otherwise stated. My camera like most finds it hard to
capture purples with red undertones and variations of white. I take many images
and view points and natural light changes every section. I am not a
professional photographer so I feel the colours can never be perfect but please
look at all the images as I do detailed close ups and full portrait/ landscape
views. Accuracy is important to me as you may be able to tell from the length
of my listings.

When You ‘Bid’ or ‘Buy Now’
•Before you bid or purchase Read the listing fully, look at all images and ask
questions!
•Please do not purchase if you are not sure or have any doubts I never want you
to feel disappointed
**It is important that payment(s) is made within 2 Full Days of end of Auction
if not a case will be opened and buyer will be reported to ebay and blocked.
This is due to an increase of unpaid Auction items.

Postage
• Items are posted within 2 working days
*After payment has been received*
• Very Small items are sent via Royal mail2nd Class Recorded
• Tracking will always be provide for seller and buyer protection
• Medium and or large items are sent via MyHermes
• Please contact me for other options
I keep all postal receipts and will supply this if there is an issue
•To avoid missing a delivery let me know if you would like me to add a ‘Safe
Place Delivery Note’ e.g. the garden or neighbour, it Must still be your address
the item is sent to.

International buyers
•International buyer please let me know before you bid or purchase any of these
items
•Unfortunately All purchases will now be tracked due to several incidents and
this will add to the cost of postage
•Postage and packaging costs maybe more due to ‘Royal Mail’ price increases
•I will get back to you as soon as possible with the postage costs and any
other details.

Returns
I take every care to ensure items are described accurately
I do returns on Items that have been completely miss described/ miss
represented including return postage
If the colour or other aspects of the bag are not right for you
I am happy to refund the cost of item and original postage only, not return postage!! Colour is subjective and
screens differ if you are not sure, it is best not to bid.
• Please
return within 7 working days of original delivery
• Product (s) must be in the same condition that you received it ~ clothes
tried on only for fit and sizing (I take a lot of images more than the 12
uploaded please ask for other angles etc... if you want more information)
To avoid any disappointment please only purchase if you are satisfied with the
entire listing
