Used Jupiter 1600iS (silver-plated model) XO Professional Series Bb Trumpet:
The
Jupiter 1600i XO Series Bb Trumpet was developed in cooperation with
famed artist Roger Ingram. The 1600i Series features a .453-inch medium
bore combined with a 4.8-inch hand crafted bell to offer superior
response and tone. The 1600i XO also includes separate main tuning
slides (one squared and one rounded), finger buttons, valve springs, and bottom valve caps to
customize the instrument to the performance needs of the player. The
Jupiter 1600iS XO Series Bb Trumpet includes a XO Series backpack case
and mouthpiece in silver
finish.
Roger
Ingram shares his thoughts on the 1600i XO, "My intention behind
helping to develop this instrument was to design an affordable, great
playing lead and commercial trumpet. Much to my surprise, the XO 1600i
turned out to be the best all-around trumpet I've ever played!"

I liked this trumpet and have owned it for a few years, but last week purchased a nice Martin Imperial Handcraft here on eBay (same bore as this trumpet .453) that I'd like to restore and have to make room for it and a vintage Couesnon Flugelhorn purchased here since then, as well. My loss is your gain,
Additional pictures available upon request. All pictures herein are of the actual trumpet being sold, no stock photos. Trumpet as shown, all parts; valves, slides, valve caps, finger buttons, springs, water keys, work as new, This trumpet is used, but in like new condition. It has one bell dent that was professionally removed by Josh Landress that was parallel to the receiver and next to the front bell brace (as shown, in last picture, it's hardly visible). Silver plate is 100% with no evidence of hand wear, maybe some slight fingerprints that will wipe away with a silver polishing cloth, though I think I cleaned most all of them off! There is minimal tarnishing thanks to the manufacturer provided 3M anti tarnish strips that it came with and will remain with the trumpet when it arrives. There may some minor small dings, but none noticeable enough to be photographed, as stated, I barely used this horn outside my home and I am the only owner of it. It was never was used with mutes, so there are no mute marks, pings, or mute stretch marks inside the bell. This early model Jupiter 1600i XO (Roger Ingram model) ser. #M14107, has the fancy engraving on the outside of the bell not found on later models, according to Jupiter, they wanted to give the model a more clean and streamlined look, but it's also obvious that it costs more to manufacture a trumpet that's hand engraved, so economics were also probably involved.
