Feels like a spring-loaded knee joint.
There are numbers on different parts such as: A-245300, HF100118, 100818036, A-100, 3310, 136KG, APC-10118, RET TI-100C.
The foot bracket part has: SURE-FLEX serial # 113863, CAT 27, Size 2
