SHIPPING POLICY
· Shipping prices listed are for the United States. SHIPPING PRICES ARE CLEARLY LISTED so please check before placing bid. International Buyers please read the International Shipping Guidelines and Policies below.
· I ship two days a week – usually Tuesday, and Friday or Saturday (depending on when most payments are received). IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS, OR NEED THIS ITEM SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, PLEASE SEND YOUR REQUEST VIA MY EBAY E-MAIL AS I WILL BE MUCH MORE LIKELY TO SEE IT THERE THAN VIA MY PERSONAL E-MAIL OR THE PAYPAL PAYMENT FORM.
· DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED FOR US BUYERS . The Delivery Confirmation tracking number will be uploaded and you can access the tracking information in the Order Details in the Purchase History section of My eBay. THOUGH RARE FOR ITEMS TO BE LOST IN TRANSIT, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ON THE USPS WEBSITE. THE CHANCES OF LOCATING IT ARE BETTER THE SOONER THE POST OFFICE IS CONTACTED.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES AND POLICIES:
Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International is available with First Class Mail International: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey.
As a result, I am offering International sales and shipping via First Class Mail International to those countries only. If you live in one of the countries listed above and either win one of my auctions, or purchase one of my Buy It Now listings and want shipping via First Class Mail International, please read the following information very carefully:
· The U.S. Postal Service lists delivery time for First Class Mail as “varies by destination”. In my experience it takes 10 days minimum and then depending on how fast or slow packages move through Customs in your country, it could take a number of weeks for the package to arrive. Remember, though First Class Mail International is much less expensive than Priority Mail International, it is much slower in some countries.
· According to eBay policy, the seller is responsible for the item while in transit. Once the USPS Delivery Confirmation system shows the item as “Delivered”, it is the responsibility of the buyer. As such, please be sure:
o the shipping address you have listed with eBay and PayPal is correct; and
o your mail is delivered to a secure location.
· If you live in Canada, Australia, Great Britain (and Northern Ireland), France and Germany, the First Class International shipping cost should be visible to you in the drop down box under the Shipping & Payments tab.
· If you live in one of the other countries listed, you will probably need to request an invoice from me with the First Class shipping cost included. I will send you an email informing you of the shipping cost first. If you agree to the cost of shipping, I will then send you an invoice.
· I work full time and have evening commitments so it may take up to 24 hours for me to respond to your emails.
· I am willing to ship to countries other than the ones listed above but only via the eBay Global Shipping Program. If your country is eligible for that program you will see the shipping rates listed in the Shipping and Payments section.
· If you see FREE SHIPPING written anywhere in the listing, that is for the United States only. Due to expense of International Shipping, I never offer FREE SHIPPING outside the United States.
· You are responsible for the cost of return shipping with Delivery Confirmation or tracking if you return an item.
IMPORTANT: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
