Dated 1954 from Pittsburgh Statuary Company a beautiful pair of chalkware figurines in arabesque, blackamoor, or indian style. Seated man and woman with baskets that are the "dishes" or they once held a small containers. Pretty nice shape for the age if you see the photos you will note some chips but no broken pieces and no cracks to these. 9 inches tall with a little bit of weight to them (causing increase in shipping cost).
Use as decor, candy dishes, anything you can imagine.
