Warranty Policy:

I. In case of any physical damage/missing of product/part of order at the time of delivery, it should be reported within 48 hrs to claim the same. If the damage/missing is reported post 48 hrs, it cannot be claimed under warranty and any services can be claimed on paid basis only.
II. There is a provision of replacement for the products if there is any technical failure identified by our technical person at our service center within 7 days from the date of delivery. Post 7 days, there is no replacement facility available for the products.
III. Replacement/returns can not be processed if the product doesn't satisfy any of the following condition
a. IMEI/ name/ image/ brand logo/ serial number/bar code should match and MRP label should be undetached and clearly visible. 
b. All in-the-box accessories (like starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, usb cable, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. 
c. The product should be unused and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable) before returning the product.
d. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, usage marks, tears or holes. 
e. Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
IV. Warranty is applicable only for the technical failure of the product and it is not applicable for any kind of physical/liquid/electrical damages.
V. This warranty is only applicable for service/repair of the product and it is not applicable for refund for the product.
VI. To claim the warranty, customers need to send the product to our service center by themselves at his/her own cost and seller/we will not be refunding the courier  charges. Doorstep pickup service is not applicable for this warranty.
VII. Seller/We are not responsible for any transit damages during sending the product to our service center from the customer side and he/she is responsible to take the necessary packing precautions to avoid the transit damage. If any damaged product delivered to our service center, customer is liable to bear the damage cost.
