Warranties
We are an authorized dealer for the brands we sell. All products purchased from us can be registered for a full manufacturer's warranty within the US.
Our used products have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If there is a problem with you receiving a broken or defective unit please let us know. We are all about delivering a stress free shopping experience to our customers.
Hassle Free Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase don't worry. We are easy to work with, just contact us to request a return. Returns are processed as quickly as possible and usually just take a few days for you to receive a refund. Remember you have 14 days from the receiving date to return any products. All returned products must be sent back in their original condition (manuals, packing materials, etc) to qualify for a full refund. Missing items, scratched or dented products are subject to restocking fees, as they can't be sold as new anymore.
Software, Books, Guitars pickups and Interfaces that include software are not returnable. But of course a warranty exchange can be an exception.
Shipping
International Customers - We offer worldwide shipping through ebay's Global Shipping Program, but other options may be available for you. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping to your country.
Domestic Shipping – Usually free unless stated in the listing, most items ship Expedited USPS. Heavier, bulkier items are shipped UPS Ground. Any product exceeding $400+ usually requires signature unless otherwise stated on the listing.
