OUR PROMISE:

We have a pet and smoke free home. The items that we purchased for our store are inspected several times before they are shipped to you. ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC. If you see any typos or discrepancies in listing information, please let us know so that we can make any necessary listing revisions ASAP. In addition, if you have questions about a listing and/or would like more information, please ask us BEFORE buying/bidding on the item. We encourage you to BID WITH CONFIDENCE!

PAYMENT:

We accept any forms of payments that PayPal accepts. 

SHIPPING:

We offer combined shipping if you have multiple items, so please message us if you would like to take advantage of this offer. We ship within 24 hours of your order with the exception of weekends (we will ship the following Monday). The shipping estimates provided by eBay are ONLY an estimate, they are not guaranteed times of delivery. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS shipping times. If you need your item by a specific time, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

RETURNS:

We do not encourage returns, as they are costly & time consuming to both parties. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer returns. 

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

· Buyer must contact seller within 48 hours of receiving the item & seller must receive returned item within 10 days or less. Buyer must include tracking number when sending back a return item.  

· Item must be returned in original condition as when received: unused, original tags attached, no signs of use, as well as care card & dust bag, if applicable.  (Additional charges may apply if item is received in different condition.)

· Return shipping is paid for by buyer and 20% restocking fee applies (no exceptions).  

· All returns are professionally inspected before any refunds are issued. Please allow 3-5 days from the delivery of your return for a credit to be issued to your PayPal account. 

GLOBAL SHIPPING (International Purchases):

International Purchases are subject to custom fees, taxes, and duties upon receipt. These charges vary from country to country and are based on overall cost of the item. The calculation and payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. EBay and the Global Shipping Program calculate these charges.
