*No refund policy due to hygiene reasons for beauty goods. Any faulty goods will be replaced or refunded once buyer uploads pictures of damaged goods.
Returns are only accepted under exceptional circumstances, and unless I have grossly misrepresented the item, may be subject to a handling fee to cover time, effort and costs. I will only refund the cost of the item and not the postage and packaging charge.
I cannot offer refunds just “because you have changed your mind. So please bid carefully! :)

Missing Items

Please note ROYALMAIL will not deem item as missing unless 10 Working days after due date.
In that time frame I CANNOT offer any REFUNDS. Due to the fact that the item could still be delivered. After the 10day window I will refund or exchange the item with 1st Class Signed Delivery with no extra charge.
Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, please contact me first to see if the matter can be rectified, I will always try to resolve a complaint amicably and fairly if given the opportunity.
