DELIVERY

Our courier collects at 8:30-8:45 each day, orders received prior to 8am will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 8am will not go out until the following day. Orders received after 8am on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday at 8am (In the case of Bank Holiday weekends - Tuesday). Our normal delivery time is 5 working days from date of payment. We also offer a 24-hour delivery for which additional charges apply. Advertised postage cost is valid for Mainland UK (excluding Highlands) only. Postage to all Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands is at extra cost. To avoid disappointment, ask for a postage quote before bidding. We offer discounts on postage is you purchase multiple items: we charge full postage cost for the heaviest item and then 50% postage for each additional item. We do not supply overseas.

PAYMENT

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, we will accept cheques (please allow 5 days from receipt of cheque for payment to clear) and bank transfer (please call 07865 324209).

RETURNS

Please contact prior to returning any goods, you will require a returns reference number. Any goods returned without this reference number are more than liekly to be rejected. Please call 07865 324209 or email info@emerging-resources.co.uk for a reference number. Please ensure that all returned goods are packed to withstand then being dropped and protected against the weather. We will not refund if the goods come back damaged.

WARRANTY

We offer a 90-day return to base warranty. The warranty covers hardware malfunctions only. We do not cover the cost of returning the goods to us. When the goods are returned, they will be inspected. Faulty items will be refunded or replaced. Unwanted or incompatible items can be returned, but we will deduct the original postage cost when refunding. Please contact us by email or phone if you have a problem, we are here to help and want to resolve all problems to the satisfaction of our clients. Warranty excludes batteries. Once we have checked the item should the fault be found to be with the machine we will refund return postage.

BATTERY WARRANTY

Unfortunately, the is no test which can test batteries effectively and therefore batteries are not included in our warranty. We will try to indicate in our listings if the battery is holding a charge, but we cannot guarantee this. We try to ensure the battery comes with at least 10/15 minutes of usable charged battery, but you may need to charge the product prior to use.

COLLECTION

You may collect items from our workshop Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm only, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please call and arrange a collection day and time, prior to collecting.
